State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.

We ship our orders using UPS Ground

Orders approximately take 3 - 8 business days to reach you, depending on where you are geographically located.
Kindly Note: Orders Shipped to HI, AK, PR, GU, VI, military addresses and PO Boxes may take longer than our Usual Estimated Delivery Times. 

Your Products are packed very carefully to minimize any damage and disappointment for our clients.

Please Note :Orders from continental usa only are accepted.

All Orders are shipped by Ground Shipping (UPS, DHL and USPS depending on destination)

P.O Box orders are Shipped by U.S.P.S/Fedex Smart Post

Returns And Cancellations

Cancellation of an Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted

Returning Merchandise
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please Note: Standard Shipping cost of $5.95 will be charged for all return and exchange orders which were sent with a Free Ship Option.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skin care items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

- RMA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address

- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise

For security, please return your merchandise with UPS Ground only and send us the tracking number .

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
** All credits will be processed within 14 days

Claims on orders not received
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

and cannot be procured at the right prices. In this case your money will be refunded.

We have very carefully checked the price list to bring to you the savings,
